Terms and Conditions

Aphro & Co. or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified of this by Aphro & Co. as quickly as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Aphro & Co. to be authorised to receive the goods. You must ensure that a person over that age is available to accept delivery of the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Aphro & Co. may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

We have a 14 day return policy from the date you received your parcel, as per tracking details recorded by our shipping company. We provide a store credit note which will be valid for 12 months.

All return requests must be emailed to info@aphroandco.com with a valid reason for the return and approved before sending your product back. If we receive your product without confirmation of your refund request it will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted provided the items are still in the original condition.

Postage fee in not adedd to your credit. All postage costs will be covered by customers. We recommend recording your tracking number as we cannot be liable for any missing parcels.

For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Aphro & Co.; a message card if desired; and the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Aphro & Co. is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the internet.

At this stage, we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders and Payment section of this website. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. Prices and range on this website may vary from Aphro & Co. commercial sales pricing.

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your email address. You are liable if your email address is used by an unauthorized person. You agree to release and indemnify Aphro & Co. in connection with any use (whether authorize or unauthorized) of your email address. Aphro & Co. may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Aphro & Co. aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. We have made every effort to display the true colour of the item, but this may vary due to computer settings, etc. Please contact us if you want to check colour. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Aphro & Co will comply with Aphro & Co Privacy Statement. Aphro & Co. will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

Any liability of Aphro & Co. in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludeable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Aphro & Co. be limited to:

1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Aphro & Co. may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.


All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Payment is expected upon collection or in advance of delivery. Identification may be requested when collecting goods. Payment details shall be finalized prior to dispatch. Please do not use PO box numbers as your delivery address.
