Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We offer flat rate international shipping to selected destinations. Estimated international delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

*Shipping rates listed above are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where local currency is enabled, prices displayed at checkout may be converted to your local currency based on your selected country or region.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and apply from the date of dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services and circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Multiple Parcels
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times. Separate tracking details may be provided.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
