2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

• We strive to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, individual screen calibrations may cause slight color variations.

• All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

• Payment must be received in full via our accepted secure payment gateways prior to dispatch.

4. Shipping, Customs & Duties

• For international shipments, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

• To initiate a return, contact hello@aphroandco.com within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site—including images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Aphro & Co and protected by international intellectual property laws.
